Add 10 ounces of boiling water and blend into a rich, creamy hot morning beverage that replaces coffee and supports your endocrine system and mental focus without stimulants. Enjoy this beverage cold by adding a frozen banana and/or frozen strawberries and ice, instead of hot water.
