One-on-One Hot Yoga Vinyasa Flow: Surya Namaskar:

Vinyasa Flow Yoga unites breath and movement in a specific sequence of postures that builds heat and promotes flexibility. We focus on the Sun Salutation, a series of prescribed motions that begin and end with Tadasana (Mountain Pose). This series of stretches, forward folds, and backbends happens in a rhythmic cadence that’s aligned with your breath. The start of an inhale initiates your transition from one pose to the next, followed by a lull in both the breath and body as you come into the pose, with the beginning of an exhale acting as a cue for your next transition. Breath, movement, and focus are key components of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This class will empower you to find your strength and breath control as you move through the poses. It’s also incredibly transformative – regular practice can help improve your posture, increase your flexibility, reduce stress, and boost your energy levels.
