Trained under World Ranked Professional Light-Heavyweight boxer"Iceman" John Scully, Israel "Pito" Cardona and "Hangover" Lance Henry. Background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu MMA, Karate, as well as different forms of Martial Arts. Such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Qigong, and Capoeira. Incorporating these skill and the knowledge into his sessions.

  • Skilled in integrating traditional practices like Feldenkrais and Viewpoints into modern fitness routines.

  • Personalized attention to help you achieve a balanced and mindful state of being.
