Trained under World Ranked Professional Light-Heavyweight boxer"Iceman" John Scully, Israel "Pito" Cardona and "Hangover" Lance Henry. Background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu MMA, Karate, as well as different forms of Martial Arts. Such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Qigong, and Capoeira. Incorporating these skill and the knowledge into his sessions.

Skilled in integrating traditional practices like Feldenkrais and Viewpoints into modern fitness routines.
