What does it mean to define masculinity? What is toxic masculinity? Justin Baldoni, says he’s done being man enough. Gillette says masculinity is toxic, society says the toxic masculinity is the cause of all our social norms and power issues. Everyone’s trying to tell men and boys how to feel live in our manhood... Educate me on how I should express my emotions but is anyone listening to the cause of why so many so many of us men are emotionally “broken”. And how does one heal define sacred masculinity how does the every day man become a divine masculine being unless he embraces all of his emotions?

This is a poem from a moment where I chose to be vulnerable. My masculinity is not fragile, I am not broken I’m a young black man working on him self and will to hold space and express more positivity to my masculinity. Especially since there was never healthy depiction of healthy masculinity
